Go-to Meals for When You're Feeling Lazy

All of those excuses you came up with for why you cannot or do not cook dinner every night are no longer valid. Below are my top 5 favorite recipes for when I'm just not up to cook a full meal or when I have little to no time.

Rice Vermicelli Noodles

1 cup mushrooms

1 handful of bok choy

4-5 basil leaves

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp cumin

2 tbsp coriander

1 tbsp chili pepper

½ tbsp. garlic powder

½ thumb piece of ginger

Salt and pepper to taste

3 cups of beef broth (I always forget to buy broth. Use ½ of the above seasoning if you use beef broth)

 

1 packet of Ramen

1 tbsp coriander

2 tbsp black pepper (if you do not like it spicy, use less pepper)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp chili powder

Chopped green onion

Topped with a lime wedge

Salt to taste

Sriracha sauce (optional)

 

2 cups of lentils

2 tbsp garam masala seasoning

1 tsp garlic powder

Optional: The Jackfruit Company Curry Jackfruit

 

4 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, divided

2 medium flour tortillas

1/2 onion, thinly sliced

1 Green Zucchini

1 Yellow Zucchini

1/2 Red Pepper

1/2 Orange Pepper

1 cup of sliced Mushrooms

1/2 cup of Tofu (optional)

Avocado and Jalapenos for garnish

 

Beef Cubes with Brown Basmati Rice and Green Beans

1 package of beef cubes

2 tbsp. sesame oil

¼-cup oyster sauce

¼-cup Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp. garlic

1 tbsp. sesame seeds

½ red bell pepper
