Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes ( Medium; depends on how rare you like your beef)
1 package of beef cubes
2 tbsp. sesame oil
¼-cup oyster sauce
¼-cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. garlic
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
½ red bell pepper
Green Beans (optional)
This recipe is great for when you couldn't marinate your beef prior and you need something FAST. Perfect late night dinner.
1. Prepare your rice.
2. Rinse beef cubes under cool water and pat dry. Next, mix beef, Worcestershire sauce, and oyster sauce in a bowl.
3. If you plan to make green beans, cut the ends, and heat green beans in a skillet or the oven. Cook for approximately 7 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
4.Heat 2 tbsp of sesame oil in a sauce pan. Add beef mixture, garlic, and bell peppers. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. The sauce pan helps trap the heat to cook the beef quickly. Best when cooked in 10 minutes or less (depending on how high your heat is) to prevent overcooking and chewy meat.
5. Serve hot over rice.
